A ginger lemon ice cream and frozen chocolate mousse with almond crunch.

Sugar free, raw, vegan and – according to me most important – totally clean.
3 frozen organic bananas
juice from 2-3 organic lemons (the more the better according to me)
About 4-5 cm (or 6-8 slices) fresh graded ginger (depends on how much you like ginger)
1 tbsp lemon zest
Blend in food processor using the s-blade.
Store in freezer for about an hour before eating it. (However, if you keep it in there for too long it will unfortunately get icy.)

Frozen chocolate mousse
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 dl pitted dates (or about 0,4 cup)
0,5 dl raw cacao powder (about 4-5 tbsp)
1/2 banana (optional)
chopped up organic almonds
Mix in processor. Store in freezer for about an hour before serving.
