A breakfast/lunch/snack you quick whip together. Vegan or not – you decide. Enjoy!
1 dl oat flour (about 0,4 cup)
1 dl water (or more)
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp psyllium husk
0,5 dl blueberries
pinch of Himalayan salt
Optional: add some chopped up pumpkin seeds and/or sunflower seeds if you want some crunchiness)
Mix water and chia seeds and let it get goohi (takes like three minutes).
Mix everything together. Add as much water as you want.
Fry with organic coconut oil and a little bit of organic canola oil.
Serve with fresh or frozen blueberries – or other yumminess.
